The irony of finally getting my ADHD diagnosis today at nearly 47 years of age and promptly leaving the doctor’s office without my favorite jacket, stopping before getting in my car and thinking “hmm, it’s cold I don’t know why I didn’t bring my jacket”, still getting in the car and leaving, and then still not realizing I left my jacket until my wife noticed it wasn’t on its usual hook later in the day.
