I assume that the security services of every state can see what I'm up do. They have access to everything, even if you use end to end encryption. Their resources are greater than even their own Government generally knows about
However they don't care if I'm theoretically selling bags of weed or looking at some weird porn. They only care if I'm a possible danger to national or international security - that doesn't even necessarily mean upsetting the status quo of politics.
