I think I had a nightmare last night where I fucked up and everyone hated me and my life was falling apart...because I woke up feeling like that, but like I just had tons of people tell me they care about me and I just completed a week at work where I did great and was recognized and my material conditions are secure for now. So why is PTSD brain telling me I'm in crisis?
