Lighting candles, drinking tea & pulling cards are tools - not prescriptions.

By creating a beautiful sacred space, I can allow myself to fully surrender, connect with my higher self & find peace, relaxation and deep gratitude.

I just arrived to Italy a couple days ago & today we hosted a magical event at my friend's studio connecting Yoga, Blue Lotus & Dreams.

For those who are familiar with the Yoga Philosophy, you can notice that the Indigo colour of the flower is the same of the Third eye Chakra.

Blue Lotus is often considered the Flower of Intuition.

In an Infusion, a tincture or even smoking it can induce relaxation, euphoria, concentration, can also work as an aphrodisiac - due to the presence of two alkaloids, Apomorphine & Nuciferine.

In the Ancient Egypt the flower was used for sacred rituals & its representation appears in many of their artworks depicting the sacredness of the Blue Lotus.

In my opinion, it is such a majestic plant, with many metaphors & symbols.

I want to keep honoring this Flower, bringing it to my sacred space, sharing it with my friends & connecting more with my Intuition & dreams.

Tonight at the ceremony I asked everybody "what does Intuition mean to you"
