As I always have had a love/hate relation with RBLs, because you should never trust™ them, and nothing prevents you or your clients from being listed in any of those. I always create an additional pf table where I whitelist a few DDNS updated IPs, and punch a hole in the pf.conf in order to guarantee the accessibility to the VPS.
