in my basic level of understanding of what causes the fear of AI generated imagery is that it takes away from the creativity and human input of expression.
But there can be a fine line between editing/enhancing and just having AI create things that weren't there before.
I have artists telling me that Sony announcing they're using AI to aid in animating Across the Spiderverse doesn't affect artists BECAUSE they're using AI as a tool for menial tasks like "in-between frames".
