I understand why you are still there, it is so hard to leave when you have friends and family using it to keep in touch or to send important info. I deleted all traditional social media accounts 3 years ago but it took me 6 months to get rid of Facebook and WhatsApp because I was using them to keep in touch with friends and family. Other than YouTube (which I don't really consider social media) I am Nostr only. My friends and family now know to contact me directly if something important comes up. This experience has provided me with SO much signal and extra distraction-free space. But I know it can be tough to leave; some people questioned and judged my choice to leave to justify their choice to stay, while others worked overtime to keep me there with them. Still - no regrets, no FOMO, don't miss it. The extra space and freedom I have now was worth the 6 months of a little discomfort ✨
