While trying to better understand the relationship between the Cremona Richmond configuration and the Tutte Coxeter graph, I noticed that in the Tutte Coxeter graph, there is an obvious trajectory that passes through all duads twice: going round the large circle. But in the Cremona Richmond configuration, this doesn’t work. So I made a 3D version of it, in which you can follow the same trajectory in Cremona Richmond as in Tutte Coxeter.
As you can check, it works.
