Survival, is evil? You decide... I'll use an example everyone can relate to. Satan. or demons/spirits, feed on soul (energy), to survive, as strength/tenacity, is basically aligned with time/experience, as time has unpassable limits. Notice. I did not say excercise, as that is one with survival, in that, the body grows strong, but not the soul. Food, workout. Breath, is thus soul-food, in this context.
