There's a bank where I'm now living called Absa. They offer a "digital account" (nothing to do with digital assets) that can be opened exclusively online in minutes. ID proof, address proof and full face scan (multiple angles). No minimum balance and no funds required to open the account.
I did some research on the bank and found that they were previously called "Barclays Africa group" and have simply just rebranded.
I know that a lot of young people use the account.
Convenient innit?
