Been thinking how
LynAlden (npub1a2c…w83a) describes bitcoin as an emerging market currency, except instead of volatility to the downside it’s to the upside.
That’s how it feels to try and stack sats while meeting monthly expenses. Instead of being on the edge of bankruptcy, my sats savings is on the edge of increased wealth and security. Yet I still feel like I’m on the edge of running out of dollars. Both have short term volatility, but with Bitcoin there’s hope. I still haven’t thought the whole analogy through, but I appreciate this framing.
