arcanicanis (npub1pmt…d4ts) You're saying that TLS 1.3 was working before, though? I wonder if someone errantly disabled v1.3 by mistake. Last I checked, a lot of enterprises were warned to get off of 1.2 recently (and v1.0 and v1.1 were disabled in many enterprise services some time ago as absolutely insecure). Just seems bizarre to go backwards--has to be a mistake like a checkbox or typo somewhere.
