Yes. I was going to do that, but I noticed that my 401(k) lets me buy FBTC/IBIT although it's technically not permitted. On the other hand, my 403(b) doesn't allow me to buy spot bitcoin ETFs, but it allowed me to buy bitcoin futures (BITO), despite both plans being with the same employer.
I called Fidelity to ask if they knew why I could only buy futures in the 403(b) and not spot like in the 401(k), and the guy told me that... "well... you're technically not supposed to have access to any bitcoin ETFs/futures in either account, but I'm not going to say anything about it", which was awkward and funny.
In the meantime, I've just stayed silent because I didn't want to bring it to anyone's attention.
That being said, I'm now trying to get this to be formally approved so that other people can save in a bitcoin ETF at my workplace.
