#WordWeavers 28: How often do you back up your work?
Using Scrivener & have it setup to auto backup when my file is first opened, whenever I save the file, & when I quit the app.
When quitting the app for the day or super long break: I back up to two thumb drives.
My Mac backups every hour to an external Time Machine disk.
My story files are kept on DropBox which is not really a backup but saves me if my Mac fails.
Every 3 months I backup everything to another external drive.
When you've once lost your work to a hardware failure & didn't have a good backup, you learn to obsess over them. Backup, backup, backup. #amwriting #writing 😎 ✌🏼
