I'm in the US, and I'm a writer, mainly for B2B SaaS tech startups. So very similar environment, workplace-wise.
I've been wondering about the prevalence of autism in both tech more broadly, as well as marketing. There are a LOT of artists who work in marketing, and some of the designers I've known, in hindsight, are most likely also autistic.
My filter has definitely shifted so I have better context for a lot of the behaviors I've been noticing in coworkers for years make more sense.
