Had the kid in the carrier during a Zoom presentation today when she started fussing. I was single-handing the baby today, so I had to stop, get her situated, and continue.
You know what? It's fine. It was fine. And if I helped to normalize having real life be more important than work and ridiculous ideas of "professionalism," so much the better.
