It's bioavaliability is within a standard deviation as a magnesium solution. I don't have the acetate, sulfate, or calcite, or any of the other groups handy.
I think I'll schedule a doctors appointment. I haven't had bloodwork in a long time. I got a nice German/Austrian primary care provider that I trust (the first doctor I trust in a long, long time)
