Considering that there are numerous factors here unknown to me, I'll paint with a broad brush.
We are story creatures, designed to respond to/be moved by stories. *Inflation-hedge* is a bitcoin narrative but not always the most effective one. Think in terms of story.
Along these lines, a common bit of advise for writers is "show don't tell". That's not to say that you shouldn't talk about bitcoin, but it might be more compelling to let people see how bitcoin changes things (particularly in your life) and take opportunities to go deeper those who express interest. That is how I was orange pilled. A good friend of mine started a business in the space and we would often talk about how things were going but it wasnt until I specifically thought to ask " so, what is bitcoin, exactly?" that he and I had a more dedicated conversation about it.
Many will not want to hear it. We can't help everyone.
