#TechTip, in case you’re a Nostr relay noob like me.
I thought about starting my own relay (nostr-rs-relay) and made it egoistically private, only my events are preserved. (I’m now thinking about a public instance but really need to weight the resources needed, won’t be a paid relay).
In the config.toml make sure that the pubkey you add to the whitelist array is in hex format and doesn’t start with “npub”. Thought it worked the same but didn’t. Silly me.
