Lot's of reasons, but an incredibly short TL;DR.
1. Bitcoin was mean't to solve debt, not support it.
2. Bitcoin's timeframe is 4 years, companies report profit 4 times a year.
3. (Micro)Strategy went from a computer service company to a company doing nothing.
