Employers should have a right to enforce a dress code that prohibits this sort of thing, and I strongly advocate that it be enforced in any job that involves working with children. On the other hand, if a bar wants to hire a crossdressing bartender, or if a group such as Genspect wants to invite an AGP to provide his insight into the condition, let them. If another bar wants its bartenders to wear white dress shirts and black slacks, and if another group does not want to invite AGP speakers, let them make those decisions, also.
