Friend of mine from Greece is coming in town today for a few days, can’t wait to hang out.
He’s a well-known STIR trader, short-term interest rates, but works for himself and trades his own money. It’s funny because before I met the guy, our desk was aware of who he was solely from the size he traded. Once I met him, I put two and two together.
Funny enough, we met on Twitter and chat there or in Bloomberg chats. Internet friends are real!
