"People, thank you. I will do the best I can to gain your trust. As a first step, during the first year of my term I will only accept a basic income. After this year I will let you, my voters, choose what I deserve. No hidden extra's, no extra bonuses, and when I leave office no benefits. I am here to do my job and be paid for it during my work, and it ends when my term is done, or when you no longer trust or need me."
