I get that locking yourself in an echo chamber completely annihilates your ability to understand and reason with normal people but surely people understand the appeal and spread of your ideas is greatly hampered if you immediately assume hostility on the part of someone who hasn't immediately internalized a bunch of jargon that you've made up
