At the comedy show last night, I was sat behind a very physically-disabled chap in a wheelchair, mid-30s.
At the intermission his carer(?) went away and I noticed he was trying to get my attention. I struggled to understand, and I thought I heard
"do you know where to get whisky?"
As it happened, the bar had some RTD cans and I grabbed one for him.
He spilled half of it down himself and enjoyed the rest before his carer returned. She gave me the evil eye, and told him off.
I think I did right.
