Overclocking is an option, I don't think you will get an extra ~2TH per hashboard without doing some damage though.
I haven't seen many single S9 hashboards for sale, but you can find them cheap enough where you could justify buying an entire S9 w/out the PSU for maybe ~50 cuck bucks. Or keep running what you have and get one with a PSU for closer to 100. Nothing wrong with running two hashboards, it's extra hashrate.
