#WritersCoffeeClub 11/18. What have you written most different from your usual work?
During the pandemic, I really struggled creatively. Then, two characters showed up while, oddly enough, I was playing an on-line game where you used points to furnish an English country cottage. I decided to write their story just for fun, and it turned into something i was rather proud of by the time it was done. I adored Rose and Gareth, so I shared the story with a friend, who encouraged me to put it out into the world.
It was/is my first-ever #contemporaryromance novella (I usually do historicals) and has garnered several awards.
