All you need to be is human. \n\nYou just need enough people who vote on the side of \"mind your own fucking business.\" \n\nRanked-choice voting which picks the members of congress - the only body of government left - would ensure that those are the people sitting in those chairs because MOST Americans want pot legalized, women to be able to have abortions, want healthcare and housing, want their government TO FUCKING HELP THEM. \n\nMost people also don't have an opinion one way or the other about gay and trans rights. But they most people DO have an opinion on the Nazi lead up to the trans genocide currently underway, and believe it or not, the Nazis are a fringe minority. \n\nCongress would most probably just vote something along the lines of a sign I saw in multiple bars when I lived in New Orleans:\n\n\"Be nice or get out.\"\n\n\"Mind your own fucking business, you whack-jobs.\" \n\nI've been in front of enough judges in my life to know Shakespeare was right in Henry VI when his character Dick the Butcher says, “The first thing we do is, let’s kill all the lawyers.”\n\nOh, and fuck states rights, too. Those were specifically created to uphold slavery. Fuck the states. No more governors. No more Senators.
