Tiny bit of pedantry:

The address is still as numerical as IPv4 is, it's just that it's commonly expressed in a human friendly hex (which is still, arguably, a numerical expression in it's own right)

This also stood out:

I wonder what they consider internet domain names - would altDNS be in scope? What about something like a .onion (which doesn't actually resolve to an IP)
