Sorry to hear you got hit hard.
I have a friend in town who was hospitalized for a month after vaccination, wierd symptoms the doctors never properly diagnosed (lots of wrong guesses none of which turned out to be right) and he blames the vaccine, although that is inconclusive. Had to have a blood transfusion to get better.
I have another friend in town who got COVID bad. Coughing up blood. They didn't think he was going to survive. But he did, just barely. So did my mother's new husband I hear... she thought he was gone, his eyes went glossy and dead-like and he was catatonic. But he came out of it and of all things wanted spaghetti.
For me I got it once. It was like a flu. I've had a worse flu. But it was still pretty bad. And that was Omicron.
