it's incredible how fast websites are when they're not using 20 physical pounds of javascript per page. It actually feels like you're clicking around in local files. Call me optimistic but I feel like we're going to see a resurgence of that AT SOME POINT kind of like how a lot of software is transitioning back to just using plain old text files and markdown instead of <database flavor of the week>
