I trust my intuition these days more than I ever have. To me, intuition feels different to a feeling. It has more depth & detail, it feels almost like being guided.
My first real step in experiencing this more trustworthy source of direction was dissolving my fears. The second step was feeling love for everything & everyone. I've been tearing down & rebuilding beliefs for 15 odd years now but those 2 things had more impact than anything else. Those 2 emotions allowed me to erect a more useful belief system.
❤️ I believe there is nothing to fear in this realm, so when I feel fear it's like a slap in the face. I believe that all fear is irrational & that the fear is pointing to a belief I carry that no longer serves me.
💚 I believe that we are all one. All from the same source. I think of this belief & then fill my heart with love for myself, in all my shapes, sizes & colours.
🧡 I then connect to my intuition which I believe comes from my soul.
