People have always responded to environmental crisis by MOVING.
Climate migration and climate refugees are going to be huge forces in the climate crisis.
Ironically, as the climate worsens, many people are moving *into* climate-precarious areas. Why? Because it's "cheaper"...until their homes burn or wash away. Then society pays.
People's stubborn attempts to literally fight the tide will amplify the costs.
We need to be smarter than this.
