Sverige’s data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), often refuses to properly handle GDPR complaints. It just forwards them to companies instead of investigating and taking the necessary steps to stop the violation.
So noyb.eu (npub1ezr…2hxu) is now suing IMY so people in Sverige can have the same rights as everyone else in the EU. The case is now at Kammarrätten i Stockholm.
