I made the tenons myself using scraps from my deck rebuild. I first took off half inch thick strips off a 2x6, then cut them to 1 inch wide. Finally used a quarter inch round over bit. I was able to use up some pretty rotted wood that would otherwise have been tossed. #woodworking
