1. You don't own the private keys to your bitcoins. Lightning Network wallets are also privately-owned and can choose to ban you from their services at any time for any reason, taking back the funds.
2. The use of Lightning itself is a third-party between the sender and receiver that is used for faster transactions.
3. While Lightning Bitcoin addresses may be more challenging to track, since the third party that is the Lightning wallet providers can see the transaction histories for each user, this means that tracking BTC addresses is obsolete anyways.
4. Since Lightning wallets are often paired with Nostr users, this makes linkability easy between users, not to mention that many Nostr users do not hide their identities on the protocol.
