Dinner tonight was me trying to recreate a particular soup my wife and I had at a vineyard in Alantejo, without benefit of a recipe. Sopa de Tomate com Ovos Escalfados à Alentejana tomato soup with poached eggs, served with bits of chouriço and some good bread. Got pretty darn close.
