Jihad and crime knows no nations. All knowledge and all innovation can be used for good and evil.
The only way to control it, is total control of the bodies and minds of the human being.
The other way is to trust that we'll do the right thing in the end, and accept that living means risk. Eliminate all risk and you eliminate a huge part of the meaning of human lives.
