I was wondering what you meant by immersion cooker then saw the previous posts. Yes, sous vide works terrific. I took a small unit with me last year to use.
See if you can get thick cut steaks or meat.
Also easy to include flavors, herbs, seasonings in the bag that don't get lost as they would on stovetop.
