I've been working at my medium-sized company for seven months. Although our employee handbook doesn't mention anything about political advocacy, I have a feeling that they might want to amend that rule after the office manager just emailed the 2024 holiday schedule document decorated with a "#Trump 2024: Save America Again!" sticker.
