"content": "The test says I have a high immune reaction to a protein in the whey. I never had any severe symptoms. Any symptoms were very minimal. I'll give up dairy for a while, but if things stay like they are, there is no way I am giving up cheese for the rest of my life unless the reaction turns deadly. I feel almost the same with butter, although the wagyu beef tallow is replacing the butter much better than I thought it would.",
