Haveno-Reto has very quickly started to canabalise the Bisq v1 XMR/BTC flow which historically accounted for a very large % of overall Bisq volumes.
Top Level BTC/XMR volumes on for Mar25 were 214 BTC for Bisq and 59 BTC for Haveno-Reto.
1 month later in April BTC/XMR volumes were 112 BTC on Bisq and 140 on Haveno.
Overall volume was down 21 BTC but there was a clear transfer of 81 BTC of volume from Bisq to Haveno-Reto.
For something like BTC/XMR there were never any strong reasons for those traders to prefer Bisq. They were predominantly XMR chans, so it makes sense that they would gravitate to an XMR based replacement like Haveno-Reto.
The big issue for Bisq is that those XMR chans were funding Bisq as they accounted for 80% of Bisq's total turnover and free revenue. Even after this huge drop in XMR trading on Bisq they still account for 68% of Bisq volumes and fee revenue in the last month.
Here are the March numbers for both platforms sliced between Payment methods, Altcoin vs Fiat and Currency pairs:
Here are the same numbers for April:
