I have no idea what you want to say or where you want to get with this.
Each team member has a full fork of the project and the fork is generally in sync with the version everyone is working on. It's equivalent to your blockchain analogy.
Adding a blockchain will only make things more centralized because everybody must be bound to the chain. It doesn't make any sense.
