There is no need to install drivers; everything is built into the Kernel. It just works.
If you are using X11 instead of Wayland, you must add an AMD TearFree config if you can't find it. Just ping me, and I will send you the instructions.
On Debian 11, you must install a firmware component that requires enabling non-free. You don't need to do this in Debian 12.
I wouldn't bother with Steam flatpak. You can install Steam in apt. You must enable non-free in apt (there are about 1000 guides to do this).
