Remove cap gains tax from bitcoin spending in the U.S.
Keep cap gains tax for selling bitcoin/bitcoin ETFs (compromise)
Bitcoin spending promotes economic and business growth. Government can still collect taxes as they do with usd retail sales etc, and cap gains tax on selling bitcoin.
Also, why would bitcoin be a strategic reserve asset before this happens? Should function as money first, then the strategic reserve stockpile would make more sense to everyone, right?
