The best solution for the masses IMO, is a silver standard. The banksters have cornered the gold market. So they will push for some sort of gold backed system at the end fo the day.
Silver, while controlled in the paper markets, is still an industrial metal and the banksters hold very little of it.
BTC is good as a store of value and the bankster's don't have it cornered, but not easy to use on a mass scale for a lot of people as many are not tech savvy enough.
