Maybe. Some people don't like yoga... they say is too still.
For me is the best practice I have ever done.I love it but I am not practicing ATM. I need go back but been procrastinating...😳😱
I notice people give to much importance to age...I never did. I will be silly until the rest of my days and I think that is what gives me a young appearance.
