Having been the person responsible for providing this pre-voting training to my union members I hear ya. It's not easy to get the info about what's in the tentative CBA explained while also getting info out about WHY various individual contract article proposals were modified, dropped, and/or packaged with other articles given the context of the actual negotiations, and the added context of public sector negotiations always including the ghosts in the room who are the elected officials who will have to approve budgets and enabling legislation to fund the CBA.
