This week I wrestled with Mach4 on my gang-style lathe. Tool 1 sets G54. Tool 2+? Offsets from Tool 1. But Fusion360 doesn't move Y... 😤
So I wrote an M200 macro:
- Z+5mm
- Y=0
- restore Z
Then hacked the post-processor to call M200 after M6. Now tools align perfectly. Learned a lot. Failed a bit. Happy 😄
