Amethyst 0.42.5: No more gray background in quotes
- Removes the gradient of quoted posts.
- BugFix for other people's follow list being loaded.
- BugFix for the empty selection of follow list
- BugFix for crashes when calculating private zap amounts without a private key
- BugFix for NPE on a null (unloaded) note
